Today was a special occasion for dog walking in Joburg, as we were going to the park with Connor, Evie, Ozzy and Roxy, but also because we had special guest Shrone Austin joining us! She brought along her gorgeous little pug, Bella, who really enjoyed having a run around and socializing with some of the dogs. Bella had a fab time exploring the park and getting to know some of the other dogs, and even chased after the tennis ball that was thrown a few times. We took a lovely tour of the perimeter of the park, and even found some interesting rocks and trees to look at and smell about. We were all so happy to have Shrone and Bella joining us at the park, and they definitely added some extra spunk to our group of hounds. We hope they join us again soon!
A Bit About Shrone Austin…
Shrone Austin is an Olympic swimmer, who specialized in freestyle and breaststroke events and competed for the Seychelles. She swam for the sprint breaststroke events at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, and for the long-distance freestyle at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing. She is also a six-time bronze and sliver medalist at the All-Africa Games.
