Dog Walkers Randburg

four-pretty

Dog Walkers Randburg – It was a crisp summer morning, perfect for a good walk with some of our favourite dogs! After picking up Penny, Zorin and Tawnee, we were off to get the two Schnauzers, Chloe and Bella. They were very excited to see their buddies, as always, and couldn’t wait to get walking. They are always such happy dogs, which is an absolute delight in the morning. The people sitting in traffic seem to agree, as they always flash the pups a smile, or wave to the pack. Chloe was very energetic, enjoying discovering new things on our route, while Bella was simply curious about all the other dogs joining us. When we got back, they seemed more tired than at the start, though they never seem to stay tired for very long. As always, a lovely morning out walking.

Fun Facts About Miniature Schnauzers

Miniature schnauzers were bred to be farm dogs that were used as ratters, designed to hunt and kill any uninvited guests. The thick facial hair was sometimes matted down into thick armor that protected the canine’s face from any potential retaliation from its prey.

German Shepherds make good teammates for Miniature Schnauzers. Farmers would sometimes use a miniature schnauzer and a German shepherd as a protective team that could ward off predators and keep livestock safe. The miniature schnauzer’s excellent hearing and loud barking alerted the German shepherd when there was trouble.
